Terms of Service

By adding or using DisCommish (“the bot”) in your Discord server, you agree to these terms.

The service

DisCommish helps run sports dynasty / franchise leagues inside Discord — readiness tracking, week advances, standings, schedules, and related features. It is a paid subscription service: one recurring subscription per Discord server unlocks the bot's features for everyone in that server. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Discord, and are subject to Discord's Premium Apps purchase terms, including its refund and cancellation policies. The operator may also grant free access to specific servers at its discretion.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the bot to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or to harass, spam, or abuse others.
• Server admins are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their server, including the permissions they grant it.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

The bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantee of uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisCommish and its operator are not liable for any damages or data loss arising from use of the bot. Your league data is your responsibility to back up if it matters to you.

Data

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
