Privacy Policy

DisCommish (“the bot,” “we”) helps you run a league inside Discord. This explains what we store and why — we keep it minimal.

What we store

• Discord identifiers needed to run features: server, channel, role, and user IDs.
• League data you give the bot: team assignments, schedules, game results & scores, “ready to advance” status, timezones, and admin flags.

What we don’t store

• We do not store your message content. The “Convert times” feature reads only the one message you run it on, at that moment, to convert a time — it isn’t saved.
• We don’t track you outside the servers where the bot is used, and we don’t build advertising profiles.

How it’s used

Solely to provide the bot’s features in your server. Each server’s data is isolated from every other server.

Storage & sharing

Data is stored in a private file on the bot’s host and is not sold or shared with third parties. We may disclose information only if required by law.

Keeping or deleting your data

Server admins can clear a league’s data using the bot’s commands or by removing the bot from the server. To request deletion, contact the bot operator via the sign-up form at tasoftwaresolutions.org/discord-bots, or the server admin who added the bot.

Age

Like Discord, the bot is intended for users 13 and older.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change.
